We were traveling from MN and our car needed to be looked at. I called and they got me in the next day. The gentleman that helped us was very informative and friendly. They got the car back right away and within an hr we were on the road. The charge was more than fair (I feel they could have charged more) We felt so fortunate to randomly find this place!! Highly recommend.

On a recent trip from Florida to Western North Carolina, we experienced a flat tire on the Gatlinburg Bypass, just a few miles from this service facility. We called them purely by internet information and after speaking with Derek were able to get the car towed to this location. The entire episode from beginning to end was excellent. Derek and his crew replaced two front tires and aligned the car, allowing us to safely return to Florida.
