So I am a tourist and thought my transmission fluid needed changed so I went to them and had them check it. Told me it was black but to drive the car until it stops. They were supposed to check all my fluids. The very next day, my car is low on coolant and the next day empty!!! Had someone else look at it today and came all the way from Knoxville and only changed me 45. Right price charged me 126 to do nothing. 0/10 recommend

We have a 2017 Honda civic. Which we Baught from them. Electronic power steering went out, Derek got me in super fast and at a great price. They definitely care for their customers.
Right Price Auto in Sevierville did an outstanding job on my truck. Derek, the service manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The new tires were installed quickly, the price was great, and the whole process was professional from start to finish. Even though I didn’t buy my truck there, they treated me like a valued customer. Highly recommend!
