I have always been treated with respect and never feel rushed. The PA and nurse practitioners are able to see me and keep me informed of my results, they fill out my insurance form timely, refill my meds when needed, and are prompt to provide medical records on request. I see Dr. Porter for my lumbar epidural injections. Best to schedule these early in morning, otherwise schedule gets backed up and the wait is long. No problems with waiting when these are scheduled at 8-8:30 a.m.
Dr Porter and his staff are great
Dr Porter himself is a great man, his office is extremely over crowded, in 6 years i only seen Dr Porter 7-10 times in 6 years. his staff broke the patient confidentiality as well.My Partner went to Dr Porter several months after i left, he was discharged because i was a patient in the past. i have been weaning off pain meds almost a year and almost done. no thanks to Dr Porter. His office should be investigated for not taking care of patients individual needs. It's clear this place is all about money not patients, at least ... read more
Dr. Porter is amazingly intelligent and also compassionate. He has been so kind to me. His Staff is wonderful. They work very hard trying to keep up with the demands of his patients, Thank you Doctor Porter.

Stop accepting new patients if you cannot make follow up appointments in a timely manner. After waiting WEEKs for an appointment to see the doctor, my next appointment for a procedure I am in extreme need of would take 3+ months to get. So in the mean time, lets try to get you addicted to some pills. What an absolute waste of time. The office staff pretty much told us that the doctor had no idea what he was talking about and fully was aware of the time it took to schedule procedures.
