Service great. Kelsey handled everything like a pro.
We returned from vacation to find our Honda Pilot had a bad battery. I couldn’t find my documentation so called Right Honda to see if they could help me. They were outstanding to deal with. They pulled up the history and sure enough I was still within warranty. They told me to bring it in immediately and an hour or so later, I was driving away with a new battery. Problem solved, customer service…A-1! Thanks folks.

The whole process was excellent starting with the service representative. I brought my Honda CRV in for its first service and left feeling very comfortable about the whole experience. It took under 2 hours. Two small things LI was a little disappointed in were: 1. They don’t offer a car wash after the service and 2. The service lounge doesn’t compare to other service auto facilities that I have experienced or. Toyota and Saab.
