I can believe it I come to Right Honda to get my 2025 brand new Odyssey, and this is what I get out of Right Honda. So Sad my brand-new Van is damaged by one of Right Honda deal driver. I'm trying to contact RH to get update leave them 3 voicemail and they having call me back yet. So, I don't know when I will be going to get my Odyssey, back. I don't think Right Honda care about their customers at all so sad to see this happen.
I bring my 2025 Honda Odyssey to Right Honda to do window tin. They have damaged my Van and badly damaged. I trying to contact them to get and update on my Odyssey for 4 days have no answer back. It hard to contact them to get update on the damaged they have done.
I believe that their advertising is not truthful or "Right." They advertised a used certified vehicle at a price less dealer discount. But when it came down to the financing the price was higher than that advertised. I was told the difference was for accessories. On a used certified vehicle one does not have the option to add or subtract accessories. They are a part of the vehicle. We had the most amazing experience Braydon . I would definitely above a 15 on everything. He spoke with us about a unique used car that was very clean that we were really hoping to be able to buy for our grandson. But when he started it had a check engine light on it.He made sure he called us right away and told us that he took into the service department and he would be in touch us as soon as he found out anything. The dealership sold me a car they advertised as Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) but refused to provide the associated CPO warranty. When I raised this issue, they forged my signature after the fact (misspelling my name) on a document affirming that an inspection was completed and stating that I agreed they provided me things they did not. Within an hour of them forging my signature, I received an email claiming I was enrolled in Honda's CPO program. BEWARE!! The service department is deceptive and sneaky. They price matched a tire quote I had received from ********* and when I picked up the car, I noticed put on USED tires. Then, they had promised to give me back one of my tires to use as a spare as it was only2 months old and conveniently they "threw it away"....probably to sell to another customer as "new". When I called to discuss with someone I have been ignored. DO NOT TRUST

I am not sure where you obtained the information about the tires you purchased from us, but they are most assuredly not used.
Was in the market looking for a new car the past several weeks to replace my daily driver and coming into this dealership was by far my best experience than the other 10+ I visited in the east valley area.
