Nightmare horrible pool company! Another of several lawsuits filed in both Miami Dade County and Broward County (another new recent lawsuit filed in December 12, 2107 in Broward County). How many lawsuits are “unjust”? How many negative posts are “unfair or fake” as RCP claims. Seems this pool company has a clear pattern! Sad to say, I also fell for Right Choice Pools trap. I wish I would have done my research before. Ended up firing them, and finish with a real, honest pool company. Horrible experience, and nightmare!
Right Choice Pools is in my view very unethical. We have countless victims that have posted on the reviews websites. Obviously, RCP is fast taking money from hard working families and slow or not even provide the work they were hired for. I have also been following all posts on RCP Facebook and after, so many pictures and documents posted by so many RCP customers detailing their horror and unfortunately experience with this pool company, as of 11/18/19 RCP main Facebook company page is nowhere to be found. I am also by default a Right Choice Pools victim. We paid them tens of thousands of dollars and after 23 months we had to fire them and was left with a bare pool shell! The owner just takes your money and does not supervise, the workers are horrorable and even one confirmed was a ex convicts, another we demanded they kick off our property due to anger issues and profanity, they cant pass one inspection for 5 months they offer financial incentives in the hundreds for social media post in order to inflate star ratings and bur... read more

In May 2015, I hired Right Choice Pools to construct a luxury pool and grotto. The contract specified that the project was to be completed 18 WEEKS from the start of excavation. I was told then by Matt Barrass, the President of RCP that I would receive a discount if I posted a positive review online (before the pool was completed). After close to 2 YEARS, my pool was still not complete, and the work that was done had multiple defects, was not compliant with plans, and failed numerous inspections.
