Horrible experience Where were all of these reviews when we were searching for a contractor. Everything you read below about Matt is true. He is an awful person. We paid $10,000 for engineering drawings that never even went for permits. No chance of getting it back because those were Matt's costs. LOL
Right Choice Pools are the most reputable pool contractors in South FL. From the salesman to the owner Matt including office staff Chelsea just the BEST! Helped us in getting a survey that came back with an easement that inhibits us from installing a pool. No worries for RCP they just refunded our deposit no questions asked. Look no further Matt and his team at RCP is your one stop shop for all you custom pool needs!
This is the worst company ever. Matt screams at customers. Nancy is no better. It took them more than a year to complete the pool. They still have not completed the pool. They did not do the back fill. Left wires exposed. We had to do is ourselves. They don't clean up or pick up after themselves. We had to get rid of the left ove sand and soils. I’m a current customer of RCP, (BAD Choice Pools). I signed a contract with them on July 1st, 2017, all permits were granted on January 2018. I was never late on any payments, and they have no issues with any of my checks. But they have been very negligent, disorganized and dishonest people. Right Choice Pools @ Spas(RCPS) extremely unprofessional and unethical company. Matt Barrass / President RCPS - absolutely rude and dishonest person, that I ever seen in my life. Not even one world is true. Lack of knowledge, low IQ - you will see this, while communicating with Matt Barrass. 670 days gone since RCPS received my first cheque.
