I took the afternoon off work for a 1:30 PM dental appointment, arrived at 1:22 PM and waited until 1:30 PM but there was nobody at the front desk, nobody in the waiting room, it seemed like the building was completely empty. I of course left and on the way home I tried calling but there was no answer and it put me to a voicemail. I then tried calling another one of their locations in Naperville on 95th but got the office on Ogden Avenue (which I was just at and was empty), someone answered and said they were on their lunch ... read more
I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. Dr. Pinal Patel was extremely professional, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire procedure. She explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The quality of care and attention to detail was truly impressive. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

She does everything consistently, if there is a quality problem she will always help and do everything in the best way! We are very satisfied with our doctor!
