I can't agree with the negative reviews at all because this company is fantastic. We had them come to our office in Washington to clean our carpets. Since we deal with a lot of mud, I didn't expect much hope for our dirty carpet. But when I came in the next morning, it looked like brand new carpet—it was that clean.
