I highly recommend Right Choice Carpet Cleaning. Hand-knotted silk and wool rugs need to be washed by hand, just like they have been for ages. Using machines can damage these rugs and often leads to higher costs for customers. Jaxon cleaned my valuable wool rug recently. It came back soft, fresh, and looking great. Thomas arrived at our home in Washington right on time and was very professional. He greeted me with a handshake and introduced himself. We walked through each room together so I could share what I wanted, and he explained his carpet cleaning process clearly. He put wet floor signs at every doorway for safety. julian was fantastic! this was our first time using a professional carpet cleaning service. julian showed up right on time, explained the process so we understood, and made our old carpets look fresh again! we have 4 kids and 3 pets, but that wasn't a problem for julian. great pricing too. we had 3 bedrooms, the hallway, basement, and 3 sets of stairs cleaned for a really good price. he also made sure we were happy with everything before taking payment. highly recommend and we will keep using this carpet cleaning service!
