right choice carpet cleaning saved the day! we had a carpet accident and were about to go on vacation. i was worried about getting the carpet cleaned quickly and not having to wait until we got back. julian and the team were able to fit us in fast. they kept in touch before, during, and after the work was done. they showed up on time and were very friendly and professional; even our puppy loved them! i highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning needs.
I can't agree with the negative reviews at all because this company is fantastic. We had them come to our office in Washington to clean our carpets. Since we deal with a lot of mud, I didn't expect much hope for our dirty carpet. But when I came in the next morning, it looked like brand new carpet—it was that clean. I called Right Choice Carpet Cleaning planning to get my carpets shampooed. Randall came by to check out the carpets and suggested using a black light to really see what was causing the stains. He discovered there was a lot of pet urine from the previous owner and explained that to fully get rid of the smell and stains for the long run, it would take more time and the cost would be higher.
