I've been there for emergency repair with my vehicle just recently and even though it's almost closing time, they will entertain you and explain the real problem of your vehicle in a very honest explanation with a reasonable cost of repair. I came here for a simple battery replacement on my Ford, which requires removing the wipers. During reinstallation, the guy struggled to put them back properly and had to watch a YouTube video to figure it out. Even after that, they had difficulty, and the right wiper was damaged in the process. Now, it no longer moves smoothly. When I brought up the issue, the shop dismissed my concerns and insisted it was already like that. I gave them a call last summer to do my oil change just for a labour since I brought my own oil and filter. One of the workers that did my vehicle pretend that he didn't see the oil and the filter that I brought and just started using there unbranded oil and filter even though on the call I told them I'm just here for the labour, and in addition for that started opening my cabin filter and my engine filter without telling me to charge more.
