We had the most amazing experience with Right Away Air Conditioning! Yesterday afternoon we noticed our house was getting hotter, so we called them. Within 45 minutes, a technician was at our door. This was our second time using Patrick and his company for AC issues. Great service as the first time. All the technicians we worked with and Patrick himself were very professional and knowledgeable. They also always arrive on time and really take the time to understand the issue and do what is needed to fix. The billing was also very fair and straight forward. I strongly recommend this company for any AC issues.

I hate to write 1star reviews. But this company thoroughly disappointed at every turn. Repeated visits, not fixing the issue, but charging each visit, recommending more increasingly expense repairs. They make you think once you approve an expensive repair that this hvac will be fixed. But they don’t tell you this might not work and you’ll have to spend thousand$ more. I had a great experience with Right Away Air Conditioning. Patrick, the owner, was extremely professional, honest, and easy to work with. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish, and their pricing was very fair compared to others I looked at. One of the main reasons I chose them was their excellent reviews—and now I completely understand why. They truly deliver on what they promise. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC service.
