My AC wasn’t working recently & I spoke with Patrick, who provided instructions over the phone. What he said worked and he avoided coming out to the house if necessary so that he did not have to charge me. He was very responsive & even called the next day as a follow up to make sure the AC was still working properly.

Right away Air conditioning came through for us in tough conditions. We arrived at our home in the desert to find the air conditioning in the bedroom, not working. With weather in the high teens sleeping was gonna be difficult. Patrick and his team came in at night. Diagnosed the problem and got us back online the following day. Thank you so much. We will definitely sleep better tonight.
