We have used Right Away several times throughout the years and each time we have been very happy with their work. Patrick is great with answering all our questions, our technician Oswin always does a great job and everyone is friendly and professional. Coming back 8/17/26 to add more to a previous review. Our A/C condenser went out on Friday night, we contacted Right Away on Saturday morning. Patrick came to our rescue once again and got us up and running by Saturday afternoon. First review I have ever written because of the fantastic customer service experience we had with Right Away. We sought out multiple companies to quote our failing air conditioning. Patrick was the only one that focused on solving the problem instead of “selling” us a whole new system. We were very impressed with Patrick’s integrity, honesty, follow up and professionalism. Highly recommend Patrick and his team.

We had the most amazing experience with Right Away Air Conditioning! Yesterday afternoon we noticed our house was getting hotter, so we called them. Within 45 minutes, a technician was at our door. He was knowledgeable, personable, professional, and genuinely friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had our air conditioning running again in no time.
