Joanne Birch is shockingly unprofessional and utterly lacking in basic decency. Her behavior was cold, abrasive, and condescending—completely devoid of empathy or respect. Very unprofessional experience. WAFA GHULAM-SAKHI, from this office, booked a viewing for our home recently and didn’t bother to show up or to cancel. We went through the stress of restaging and leaving the house, only to find out she hadn’t read the listing details correctly and didn’t want to see our home because there was no side entrance and that’s what her client was looking for. Disrespectful and inconsiderate—wasting people’s time like this is not acceptable in real estate.
