Caution. Imagine on closing you go into your new home & find only 1 key left. No community mailbox key, no garage key. I closed recently. The seller and his agent left 1 key. Even though that 1 key opens front, rear, inside door...I highly doubt a builder would leave 1 key for 3 separate door locks. So now I have to pay to change the deadbolts for security. (They have since delivered a new garage door lock & the mailbox keys sent were the wrong ones. I had to go through Cda Post to get correct mailbox keys). I feel the Selli... read more
