I have witnessed first hand the numerous instances of negligence and flat out disrespect this company puts the people who hire it/ that they take care of through. Absolutely appalling; practically no ability whatsoever to follow simple directions and fullfill their respective duties as their job should require of them. So they’re incredibly lazy, show up late, and on top of that hard to work out any kind of legitimate schedule with! I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone!

RecommendedBoth of our parents received care from RAH St Chas for the last couple of years. Let’s just say that my parents aren’t the easiest to please. Our Father is non-ambulatory so requires the use of a lift and our Mother likes things done her way. Kirsten has done a marvelous job supporting our parents needs, by screening and providing caregiver’s that gel well with our parents and by being extremely flexible and nimble with frequent schedule changes that are thrown there way. Right at Home is a very caring and compassionate operation. I know Heather Cushing who works there, and have listened weekly in my networking group to all the stories she tells about how Right at Home of St. Charles reaches so many people and helps them "right at home" with their loved ones. I have also heard stories from the people in the group about how Right at Home has helped care for their loved ones. I am a fan of Right at Home! Thanks to all of you that do a wonderful job!
