My family needed someone on very short notice to watch my mother overnight while she was in hospital. RAH was able to provide us a wonderful person, Nabina, and we are grateful for her. Shout outs to Rhonda Eves and Crystal Louis for excellent customer service in planning and arranging.

This is a Massachusetts owned franchise that has opened in Scarborough, Maine. The franchise has a great concept but each owner is very different. The Scarborough location has really no staff and management all of which is located out of Salem, Mass is the laziest and rudest staff I have ever met! They have no respect for staff and what they can offer. This place is a mess and even your calls will be routed to a Massachusetts staffer. If you are looking for work turn back now! Right at Home has been looking after my elderly mother with dementia during the night hours for over a year and I have been amazed at how flexible and supportive the staff is when it comes to last minute requests. Their service is second to none. The care they provide for your loved one is worry-free. I have always received an immediate response when I contact the agency, whether it be about scheduling or payment. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and caring approach to home care.
