I am very impressed with the service we received from Right At Home Fredericton. Probably the most refreshing aspect was the fact that we were dealing with someone who is local. The on-boarding process was completed in a fast and efficient manner, which inspired trust right from the start. The care planner was very attentive and understood our family's needs. Having someone that you can trust with your loved ones is a must for this type of service and Right At Home exceeded our expectations.

I had been searching for homecare for a friend of mine and came across Right At Home and was unsure if they had services in New Brunswick. So happy that they do have services here in NB. I cannot say enough about them. Jenn who is the Nurse Care Planner is truly amazing and her attention to our requests in finding the right PSW is truly outstanding. We engaged Right at Home to take care of light housekeeping and post-surgical support. The care team was consistent and professional in their response times and delivery of service. Strongly recommend :)
