I love this company! My caregiver danika is nice and dependable she come to work on time and take me where I need to go.
By far the worst company I have ever worked for. They do not care about employee safety whatsoever and have no idea how to properly handle a patient experiencing a mental health crisis. On top of that, they refuse to pay employees the PTO time they have earned.
I met with owner last year but I chose another home care agency's services. It's been a lesson for me to learn to discern my instincts. I've experienced a lot:to keep it simple.
