I was taking care of my husband who was very ill. I wasn’t getting much rest or a good nights sleep. I called a few agencies, but they all said we’ll get back with you in a few days. I couldn’t wait a few days. We called Right at Home and they came out that afternoon and gave me a loving caregiver for that night. Ronnie has been the biggest asset in transitioning my parents from independent living to assisted living. She knows what my parents need, she cares about them, she makes sure others are doing what they need to do to take care of them, she has even visited/checked on them when she wasn't working. I consider her part of the family and tell her I love her. This is not an easy job, but her being with my parents also helps me to keep my job. John and Katrina, owners of Right st Home, took the time to understand my Uncle’s needs and matched a wonderful caretaker to meet those needs. Sherwin has become more of a family member than a companion/caretaker, as has Kenya. We cannot be happier with our choice of Right at Home.
This is my first review of the company Right at Home. I have had an unusually good introduction to this company. My caregiver is Keisha and she has been excellent and in two visits there has been improvement to my physical well-being. I look forward to working with her in the future so that I can be at the top of my physical game.
