I’m writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the care and support this outstanding home care, senior care agency has provided me. In my experience, the level of service they deliver goes well beyond what I would normally expect. Their professionalism is evident at every level, from the leadership of owner Gulraj to manager Richard and the compassionate and capable caregivers they’ve matched with me. I recognize their work is hard and I am deeply grateful for the care I’ve received.
I have to give a shout-out to the staff at Right at Home. The owners, Gulraj and Amri, are very caring people. Amri was my first contact there, and she immediately impressed me by her warmth and kindness. Gulraj visits and checks in regularly, and never fails to cheer me up. I also met Katherine, the Client Care Manager, who even did some wonderful caregiving for me a couple of times. Super customer service.
