We have been using Right at Home for 3 years, and their service has been impeccable. The quality of the caregivers has been almost universally first class. Vicki Ojeda, their Director of Human Resources, has been incredible in her devotion to assuring that there's never a gap in coverage...providing coverage herself when circumstances required.
