DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. this is by far the WORST at home care service you could get. The nurses are barely vetted and it's more likely you'll get a person who neglects your loved one. It's rarer to find a good nurse through this service than a bad one. Whether they are not showing up or straight up falling asleep while your grandma who is a fall risk walks out the front door. Absolutely terrible service. The montgomery office staff are lovely people to talk to but as a whole this business is due for a shut down
The caregivers we had at Right at Home are great. Meme takes great care of my uncle.
We used Right at Home services for my aunt, and unfortunately the experience was consistently frustrating and unprofessional. We had frequent issues with staff not showing up for scheduled shifts, often without timely notification. There was no consistency in caregivers, making it difficult to build trust or routine. Communication was another major issue, it was extremely hard to reach anyone by phone, and voicemails were rarely returned.
