Erica is a wonderful aide! She's a worker helping with a smile no matter what we ask her to do. Always cheerful. We can't say enough good about her.
Would not recommend more then half of the staff is not certified. And then they refuse to get their staff certified and constantly blow off getting them certified. Next stop is my Tik Tok 30mil followers this will be fun
Annie is the most fantastic caregiver I have ever encountered and I have encountered a lot. She gives so much love to my mom, anticipating her every need and working with others to make sure Mom gets great care. She is always a step ahead predicting what mom will need in the short term. She really puts her heart into care giving.
We are do pleased with Shawnea Joy, she takes excellent care of my husband,our family, our pets and our home. Craig is a disabled vet with severe health issues, she is patient and kind to him, even when he is grumpy. She goes beyond to make sure he is clean and eats and takes his medicine everyday. She take a lot af pressure off me for a while so I can relax or go shopping and now he is in good hands.
I used them briefly and would not trust this home care agency! They are a national chain BUT BEWARE!! They want you to give them access to your bank account or credit card. They take money without Authorization and won't return it! High hourly rates and 2 hour minimum scheduling make it hard to choose this agency. Not to mention the staff are not as skilled and trained as they would have you believe!
