Wonderful owners who are dedicated to serving their clients and team. I highly recommend them.
This company is horrible. My fiance works for them and was sick one day but because she rushes herself out of bed and to her clients house she didn't realize until she was already there. When she called to go home she was told she can't. In just about any other place of work I could understand this but when a caretaker is sick and her clients are high risk I can't. That's putting 2 of are elderly at risk of becoming sick and that's not okay.
The quality of the caregivers is beyond great. My dad was receiving care for about 2 weeks. Every single one of the caregivers (I think there were 3 who rotated in to see him) put in above and beyond efforts with him. They went out of their way to establish emotional connections with my dad. They even taught me how to do some of the stuff that they do.
