We would like to highly recommend Right at Home of Greater Fairfield County. Tim and Lisa Randall, and their staff, are all wonderful people. They were very kind and supportive to work with, especially during a very difficult time for each of our parents. Extremely compassionate, easily accessible and highly responsive, which is just what was needed!
Administration was very helpful and easy to work with. They were very communicative through every step of the process! They were great at taking feedback about caregivers and determined to find the best match for our situation. I would consider using this company in the future if the need arose.
Right at Home took quick action and helped me get aid coverage for my mother within 24 hr notice (even less). Tim was great to work with and should we need future assistance, Right at Home will get the call
The service and caring provided by aide Dennis was beyond compassion. After Dad passed he stayed until the hospice and funeral staff arrived.
Tim Randall and the team at Right at Home are amazing. They had a 24/7 person on-site for my elderly father on 24 hours notice. She was lovely and stayed with my dad for two weeks. We then asked to back it down to 8 hours per day, and within about another 24 hours we had a new care-worker who was also fabulous, and who is still with my dad. I cannot speak highly enough about Right at Home or recommend them more enthusiastically.
