I worked in the right at home office under Jacob Hamilton (owner/Managing director) My experience was rather poor as a result, holistically. I received little praise, and constantly heard about negative things being said about me from Salina Skelton (ops manager). I also recorded several instances of when I would leave to use the bathroom, or otherwise take a break, and the conversations depicted were absolutely horrific and unprofessional. This service was sent to me due to my Workmen’s Comp. claim for help that I needed to carry-on my daily activities due to my injuries that resulted in me being in a wheelchair. When the person came out to do the evaluation I explained to them what type of help I needed they sent out a carrier that was excellent and things were going well. But then they suddenly dropped me because they said I didn’t fit their criteria. Very rude and unprofessional. I called and spoke with Christy and she said oh yes, no problem, we can go out to a specific area. I called again a few days later and the receptionist was very rude, and said they did not have staff to work in that area, and refused to let me talk to Christy. It's not specifically what she said, but her tone was very rude. I have never had anyone at an in-home care agency be so rude to me.
