Right at Home is a wonderful company . I highly endorse their services. My younger sister came to live with me when she was on hospice. Her diagnosis was very complex and demanded acute oversight. Michelle, the social worker was a strong support during and after my sister passed. I am so grateful for this. Our family has had an overall positive experience with Ride At Home. It's nice that there is always someone to call and talk with if you have any questions or concerns. Like anything, it can take a little bit to find the right match with schedules and life things that come up, but we are blessed to have found them and the caregiver my mom has is beyond amazing. Very caring and compassionate. She feels like family. The caregivers can help with so many things. I would definitely recommend Ride at Home :)
Right at Home provided care when we needed it quickly and with wonderful caregivers. All staff, beginning with an interview with Noel, the nurses, the schedulers and especially the compassionate caregivers were easy to work with and responded to our needs. Thank you for making this period of time easier and more comfortable for our family.
Right at Home provided care for my mother for the 3 months prior to her transition to a higher level of care. Her caregiver was fabulous. Right at Home supervisory staff was readily available upon contact, and dependable in timely communication which was important in the coordination of care. Having worked in the acute health care industry for many years in the hospital discharge planning process, I would certainly recommend Right at Home to and patients and families I served.
