Terrible caregivers. Not sure where this company finds their employees. They are the rudest girls I’ve ever met. They were nasty to my mother. Complained all the time if I happened to be there while they were there they would sit in their car and sit on their phone the entire time. The last day we had them the girl left 30 minutes before the end of her shift didn’t stay one word and left my mom home alone. What a lovely experience this is. Right at Home Longwood Lake Mary is a company that meets and exceeds their promises. They sent me a lovely care giver who is on time, reliable, and understands my needs. I would give them 10 stars. Try them! You will love them!
I have worked there for almost 5 years. I treat the caregivers like family, because they are. They work hard and care deeply for their clients.
