My family has had the pleasure of working with Right at Home North in Forest Hill, MD for almost 15 years. For years, they took care of my mother through all phases of her dementia. And now my 95 year old father is currently under their care. The caregivers are kind, compassionate, and respectful. The staff, caregivers, and owners are all wonderful to work with and truly care about the clients and families they serve. They work diligently to ensure their clients receive the care and support needed.
If you are not an advocate for your family member, then this is the place for you. Our family started our journey with Right at home with what seemed like over the top care and empathy for our 90 year old grandfather. We were kindly asked to provide consistently with our schedule only to be met with inconsistently on their end. Every part of the process (assessing the needs, setting up schedules, changing requirements, billing) was set up with the client in mind. Every person (nurse, scheduler, caregiver) was competent and kind. We were impressed with the service and recommend it without reservation.
It was a first-time experience for us and one that we will cherish and remember. Management and staff were amazing.
Everyone at RaH, starting with Paul on initial intake and Tiffany our RN to Carla in scheduling and all of the caregivers, have been professional, compassionate, and easy to work with. Thank you for building and sustaining RaH so families like ours could get hands-on support during our loved one’s health crisis.
