RecommendedI am pleased with their companion services. I give them four stars. Staffing is a problem in every medical agency, so I do not fault them for that.
They fire someone for going to the restroom 3 times in a twelve hour shift. You get in trouble for not doing a med reminder when you were not informed or in the care plan. Like playing the lottery for hours. If your not glued to your phone constantly you don't get hours. They have way more employs than clients and not enough hours to go around. Office staff very rude especially the old botch at the front desk.
