Not even 3 days into caring for my father (a disabled veteran) and already their employees are calling in sick. There are no shortage of other home health agencies I would avoid this company at all costs.
Sadly I worked for Right at Home and no one ever smiled when I HAD to go to the office. Management is chaotic, unpredictable disrespectful to Caregivers and talks down to the clients.
Right at Home always treated me well with kindness and promptness. I had no issues looking for shifts that fit my availability and schedulers were respectful of my time. I never felt I was being pried even when needing to change an already scheduled shift ahead of time. Schedulers were very good about offering shifts that I was fit for and were always willing to make changes at clients or my request. Compassionate and loving environment for all of the residents who call Right At Home home! The staff goes above and beyond to provide quality care and a safe environment to all of their residents!
