Right at Home is the most amazing company! Each and every staff member and caregiver were the most extraordinary, kind and loving person to me and my family during the difficult time of assisting us in the care of my father. They truly are special people. Everyone was very responsive, patient and understanding. They placed the care of my father at the highest priority and were with us until his passing. I had an issue with one invoice and they didn’t seem interested in listening to me. I’ve had a very difficult year. I’ve been sexually assaulted & lost my father this year. I tried to call and clear up the issue w/ the invoice. The woman SCREAMED at me that I wasn’t “a good fit & that no one cared what happened to me “. These are soulless people who have no conscience. Right at Home has been a blessing to our family. This company is amazing. From the start they work with you daily, make sure needs are met 24/7. Kristi, Melissa, Kimberly, Tonya & Harley have become part of our family. Now, the caregivers - no words can give them justice. Right At Home was a FANTASTIC company to work with in regards to the care of my father during his final days. Speaking as an adult child living far away and not able to be present, this company put my heart at ease. They were able to shift gears at a moment’s notice to provide the kind of care my father needed, and the caregivers were so insightful and knowledgeable.
