Right at Home has been absolutely fantastic. From my first call, every team member I spoke with was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I worked primarily with Kristi, who immediately understood my concerns. My father is a very capable and independent person who was unfortunately injured playing pickleball, and it was important to me that he be treated with respect and sensitivity. Kristi truly listened. Had shoulder surgery and needed care overnight. My caregiver was wonderful - at my request she changed icepack every two hours the entire night. I had another caregiver for the following 3 days for a morning shift to remove dressing, help me shower and fix breakfast and lunch. She was very helpful but not overly solicitous which I liked as I am very independent.
Angela at Right At Home is great!! She really went the extra mile in helping make sure our care provider was well suited for my mother’s needs. I sincerely appreciate the diligence in finding the right person!! It has made a huge difference!!
I have been using this service off and on since 2013. It has consistently been giving me good results when I have had surgery which has caused me to need a caregiver to help me with basic needs for taking care of myself. I would recommend this service to others.
Angela Pollock is amazing. She cares so much for her patients and goes above and beyond. I highly reccomend using right at home. Definitely ask for Angela. She will take care of you like family.
