Right at Home was just what we needed to help us navigate the new world as we cared for an elderly parent. Their flexibility for last minute scheduling, willingness to find just the right fit for a caregiver and mostly, their true concern for our families well-being is what will keep me continuing to call to schedule help when the needs arise. I've been using Right at Home for 2 years for my, now 94 year old, Mom. I'm very happy with them and the care they provide. They are very professional and efficient. I find them to be very receptive to feedback and very accessible. I can always speak to someone when necessary, even during after hours, which is a challenge with most other providers. I also appreciate that they take initiative and contact me when there are any concerns. I highly recommend Right at Home!
