The whole team is amazing. My mom was discharged from the hospital and we needed 24/7 care set up with only 2 days notice. They spoke to my mom, learned her preferences and sent caregivers that were a prefect match. They were flexible and allowed us to cut back on hours as my mom recovered. I would give more than 5 stars if that were possible!
Thank you again for all your flexibility during this crazy time with my loved one’s care. I was out of the country for 10 days and he had some episodes where he was in and out of the hospital. You all were right there taking care of everything and helping with transitions of care from hospital to home. Also, he told me that all your carers were significantly better than other agencies we’ve used in the past. Really wonderful. We definitely plan to use you all in the future.
Right at Home has been absolutely fantastic. From my first call, every team member I spoke with was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I worked primarily with Kristi, who immediately understood my concerns. Had shoulder surgery and needed care overnight. My caregiver was wonderful - at my request she changed icepack every two hours the entire night. I had another caregiver for the following 3 days for a morning shift to remove dressing, help me shower and fix breakfast and lunch. She was very helpful but not overly solicitous which I liked as I am very independent.
