Wouldn't use them.. Have had bad experiences with 3/4 aides they sent, including one whom I believe stole quite a bit from us very cleverly and set it all up. Only had one good aide from them and she moved to another job. One reason they seem to not pay well and don't give raises. Need help all the time because of this, it seems.
I just want to say thank-you for the care you provide me. My caregivers are a wonderful match for me and the care I need. I also had a nice talk with your nurse which was so uplifting.
