The current level of caregivers being sent over is disappointing. They leave soiled sheets on bed but make the bed, fail to put lotion on my mom as requested, now her skin is dry and flakey, not being bathed as often as requested. Light housekeeping not getting done, such as emptying trash, vacuuming or laundry. Noticed quality of caregivers has been poor in the last month. Right At Home has provided a life-changing caregiver to me. Her name is Diane and she is beyond wonderful. She not only helps me with things around the house but she pushes me to get better and improve my life. She provides improvement avenues that no other caregiver I've had has. She is an excellent companion in my life and now is a life-long friend. I'm so glad I chose Right At Home. My life is definitely better now and improving!
