We are very happy with the Right at Home program. My mother continues to receive great care that has been respectful and supportive of her need to maintain as much independence as possible. The care has been adapted to her need now for 24/7 care which has been a relief to know our mother is safe and can remain in her home which supports her wishes.
Right at Home has been a lifesaver for us. We were using a different caregiving agency and decided to switch. The difference has been night and day. Their caregivers are professional and take the time to truly understand the client's needs. When I reach out to the office, I get prompt, clear responses. The right at home team has been great to partner with to meet my mom’s home care needs. They are very responsive to her and me and they have paired her with aides that she feels comfortable with and appreciates. And that has given me more peace of mind knowing my mom is in good and friendly care.
