RecommendedI rented through Riggs for a little over a year. In that year I only talked to management a handful of times, it was nice to have management that wasn’t nosy and all up in my business. I also like the convenience of their App, pay your rent, make a maintenance request and get Office notifications. The promptness of maintenance requests was very much appreciated never waited over a week for anything to get fixed.
Jason and all the maintenance guys are fantastic. Always willing to help and very friendly. Never had an issue in the three and a half years we have rented from them. If you need a rental property in Southwest VA, i highly recommend them!
10/10 recommend working with Jason and the team with Riggs Rentals. I have been a renter for the past 3.5 years, and they have been outstanding. If there is an issue, it's fixed in a timely manner, and the guys are always super courteous. I can't say enough good things about them. If you need a rental property, I highly recommend checking in with them!

these are horrible landlords I found out that I have seizures and I have to be with someone who I can relie on an they still refuse to let me move out of my trailer said if I move they will take me to court I find this bs that's my health on the line but they still don't care please don't rent from them
So far we just got a nice place through them they helped us where we are on a fixed income they were very sweet and I hear they fix stuff fast they helped us so I'm giving them a five star cause they seem very nice so far
Love them never had a problem in almost two years
TRY FIXING SOMETHING!!!! You know I'm disabled yet let me deal with safety issues like the floor falling through!
