These guys are great! We are in Cedar Rapids doing work for the Iowa DOT and one of our machines needed a belt replaced. I called them on Saturday morning and they were at my machine by early afternoon had all they needed to do the job with them. They were knowledgeable, quick and efficient also hilarious! Would be zero stars if we could. We lost a tire on I80 on Friday night about 7pm. Called Rig Doctor and we sent pictures of the damage and were told they could help us but might be midnight before they could get to us. At 1am Saturday morning we messaged them , getting close? Says job he is on is kicking his ass but still coming. Ok understandable. 5:35 am, still coming? Yes. Tells us to get some sleep and he would be there in the morning. 7:57 on your way? I can’t recommend this man more. I’m 21 years old and driving across the country with my dog when my car broke down at 9pm on a Saturday on the side of i80. Im from Boston and really felt like I was in the middle of no where. When I called him he immediately dropped what he was doing and came to my aide. Not only did he repair my car properly, he was professional and made me feel very safe. Thank you!!
