We bought our first home in April and Tanis made the whole process much easier than we had originally expected. He took the time to sit down with us and explain everything we were signing line by line and answered all of our questions with enthusiasm. When it comes time to sell we’ll definitely be contacting him again.

Tanis was very helpful in helping me look for a home. Very attentive, professional, and kind. I never felt pressured and he was always patient with me when I became indecisive with what I wanted. He was also willing to help at all hours of the day. Over all a great experience at making me feel comfortable at finding my perfect home!
Tanis and Rietta were great people to work with. Anytime we had a question, it was answered quickly. They are very knowledgeable about what they do and really make sure you understand the process. They helped us both sell and buy a house at the same time. We were nervous, but Tanis was great and kept everything organized and made the process easy for us. Tanis Costa was truly exceptional. He was referred to us as a buyer’s agent.
