Awesome clinical staff and administration! Rietow, not so good. I will not be going back after years of being a patient with great Doctor Gillum, who retired and sold the practice to Rietow. I had a dental issue 48 hours prior to leaving on vacation. I waited 12.5 hours for a call-back/text-back that I made on a Friday @ 8:00 am to the “Emergency Voicemail.” Fortunately, I was able to have my issue resolved elsewhere. Had a great experience with cosmetic Botox with Dr. Rietow. Very professional and knowledgeable.
I have never had a better experience than I did at Rietow Family Dentistry. I had been having severe pain in my gums and had gone to two emergency dentist with no luck. Rietow was able to see me same day! Everyone was so incredibly nice, and I was able to be seen quickly. The doctor explained everything from their plan of treatment and follow up. I was able to get a prescription and follow up appointment on the books. I am so happy and grateful.
I have been a patient of Dr. Gillum for a few years. The staff is always nice and receptive. This is a very clean facility with comfortable chairs. Each room has a flat screen TV. The hygienists are polite but still can get down to the dirty and really get in there if you want them too. Dr. Gillum is very efficient at his craft.
