We recently had a bagger system put on our X330 John Deere tractor. The customer service on the phone and in person was top notch! A special thanks to Bob for delivering our tractor and taking the time out to show us the ins and outs of the bagger system!
I had a breakdown on my zero turn residential mower and ordered a part through the Neenah store without a hitch. When I came to replacing the part their service to accommodate and fix the problem efficiently and effectively was exceptional. I originally attempted to replace it on my own..... with no success. A driver was sent out asap to pick up my mower after I called to tap out of my own DIY repair. He was knowledgeable about how to fix the problem right there on the spot!! WOW!!!Bought a used JD lawn mower from R-S in Neenah. From starting to search to final purchase, every member of their team was knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I felt that I got a very good price.....And I really did my homework!!!After delivery, they did a quick call to show me how to install the bagger. I had a few issues (I am a girl!) and immediately called them. They were SOOOOOO responsive, and very helpful.
