Started residing at Rienzi in March 2021under different management. My fiancé also had an apartment in the building. We were very happy with the building, amenities and safety. In April 2022 manager approved my fiancé Moving into my apartment . In approximately May/June new management placed Lianna on site. The property deteriorated drastically. landscaping died, dog park was unkept, common area televisions no longer had service, and crime became common in the parking garage. Rienzi at turtle creek was my home fourteen years, i loved living in the building the first twelve years, until Lianna Cabezuela and Trinity Leasing took over the management of Rienzi at Turtle Creek. The grounds were killed by lack of being watered, constant water breakages. My apartment #118 was reported in May 2022 my hardwoods were buckling water stood on my terrace after seventeen months repairs finally began to discover black mold in two rooms and four walls were affected. When I was preparing to move to Dallas to be near my family I spoke with my son’s realtor. When we discussed what I was looking for the first visit was to the Rienzi. I never looked at any other location. That was in October 2018 and I have remained here. I enjoy living in the building and I find the location perfect for me. I have found the staff pleasant and responsive. I have met friends here and enjoyed continuing our friendships even after they move away.

I toured the Rienzi in April 2025 with Hilda Ramos- I loved the property but the floorplan I wanted was not available at that time. Hilda continued to reach out to me as various floorplans came available and went above and beyond in trying to accommodate my needs. I ended up leasing with another property however, I wanted to compliment Hilda on her professionalism, great personality and follow-up. I would highly recommend checking out the Rienzi if you are looking for a great place to live.
