We went here for years and then switched to non state insurance. Upon doing that we found out our kids were being treated medically and not vision for a issue we were never told about and not even sure they have (now getting second opinion). further more they had been billing our insurance for YEARS for tests that weren't being preformed for a condition that wasn't discussed with us of our minor children. Every time I have gone there I have had to wait. Sometimes for hours. Appointments are never on time and they don't seem to care. I have gone to another provider who is more professional. I will never go back to Riemer Eye Care again! Suck it Riemer!!!!!
I am so thankful for the staff that helped me today! I was so distraught when I walked in I did not catch their names. I am traveling and stopped off for a lakefront vacation rental stay on my way to my grandma's. Looking ahead at the forecast being overcast I only packed my glasses and no contacts... What was I thinking! I was trying to adjust the sauna and had my glasses on to see the knobs, the coating melted and made a fuzzy swirl. There was no way I could drive long distances. Dr. Rybarz is the absolute best! He's helped my daughter so much. He's great about listening to her and showing an interest in her progress. Dr. Rybarz cares about his patients and is a great eye doctor.
My parents both went to the Cadillac office. Explanations were not clear to them. They both had their lenses improperly made. My father's problems were fixed fairly quickly but without compassion. My mother is still waiting after a month for her correct lenses. The first lenses were not at a what was prescribed.
