As far as I know, this is the only eye care business that takes Medicaid. If not for that, I wouldn't have come again. My biggest complaint is the wait time. It is unacceptable.

My last two visits have been terrible. Last year they sold me frames that broke four times. I made seven visits total. That’s not a exaggeration.That included my original exam, but then getting the frames replaced over and over again. They even tried to charge me $25 to get the frames replaced because they were out of the one year window.As I’m writing this, I’m still wearing those frame super glued together. Only get one star because I couldn't give them zero. They prescribed the wrong lens and told me to go home with them even after I told them I could not read the exit sign in the lobby. Had to go to Walmart eye care to get the correct prescription. They eventually got me some new lenses after I brought the walmart script to them. They would not answer phone calls or return messages.
