My parents both went to the Cadillac office. Explanations were not clear to them. They both had their lenses improperly made. My father's problems were fixed fairly quickly but without compassion. My mother is still waiting after a month for her correct lenses. The first lenses were not at a what was prescribed.
I went for an eye exam and tests were done that I was not told about or even asked if I wanted. The response I got when I called and questioned the invoice was "because of my age" these were done. Sorry, wrong answer, if I'm paying then I need to be advised that this is what YOU want to do. Last visit for me.
I love this place. But I just called and Becky answered to schedule an exam for my wife. And it was like she was pissed I called. Sorry I didn't realize I had called 5 minutes before you close. And sorry it was a new patient exam so you had to do your job and make a new account. But I didn't appreciate her calling my wife of five years my "friend" at the end of the phone call. Rude and discriminatory.
Been there a total of four times first they didn't add the transition to my lenses the next three times were because of poor workmanship or material in the lenses they kept bubbling and chipping and now they're telling me they ran out of remakes pretty much saying sorry your shit out of luck would not recommend to anybody and now it's been a total of five times had four pairs of lenses replaced all four pairs of lenses all four pairs of lenses chipped and bubbled around the edges and now they're telling me it's not Material ... read more
