If I could give 10 stars, I certainly would! From the very first day up to the service, everything was extremely dignified and seamless. I did not expect this process to be easy, yet Jamie and Laurie made it happen. All arrangements were done within an hours time. I have never had someone listen so well and with great ease, very patient, and insightful as Jamie was. He made the most difficult day of my life better than one could imagine. Riemann provided excellent service for my mom’s funeral. Addison was very caring and understanding during the planning process. Mom was buried in the National Cemetery at the VA and Addison took care of all those details and it went smoothly. Riemann was also very flexible up to the last minute with how we wanted the service to go. Also Laurie was very easy to work with and the facilities were excellent.
