Bought the Groupon, showed up at 5:15 & was told that the Groupon couldn't be used after 4pm. Nowhere was that stated on the Groupon, but was posted all over the shop. Typical bait & switch because they used the excuse that Groupon wouldn't let them specify time restraints on their site. I'm an expert Grouponer & I've seen plenty other places which have time or day of the week restrictions. It was a bad experience and I will never go back or recommend any person to go here. I purchased a Groupon that they didn't honor b/c they said it ended at 4pm, which was not under the Groupon requirements or Fine Print. They was rude after I said I'll just come back another day, like if I couldn't afford to stay w/o the Groupon. They also had the nerve to tell the customers after me that I was rude. That was unprofessional and poor customer service, so I canceled my Groupon and went to Oak Ridge Gun Range around the corner.... read more
Second visit and all six of us really enjoyed our time here. Had my son come over from the UK so it was his first time. His Quote "best time ever" As for the folks talking about the guys serving and taking care of us in the store. These are good men that know there stuff, they don't work at Disney World where BS and kiss ass is king!!
Staff were great and attentive! My kids learned a lot and had a blast.

Just purchased my first hand gun. I came in asking for information and left a wealth of knowledge in exactly what I was purchasing. Jason was the attendant who was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and patient. Great experience!!

Awesome service and safety training, great personalities and fun people to teach you about any of the guns or the range. I'll be back for sure!
