This is one shady and rude agency for rentals. I just rang about their pet policy (none allowed) for rentals, and was verbally stamped down for asking "how would you ever know? She said, "oh, we have ways of finding out..." I asked what the entry notice is, she said "24 hours, with the exception of an 'emergency.'" I asked, "Do you have hidden cameras and microphones in your homes?" I was informed "I don't have to answer that." I then told her that spying on tenants is illegal. Read about what you did to a young family with a new baby. I'll do everything in my power to make sure people know what type of company you guys actually are. Allowing safety hazards like broken windows to go unfixed after inclement weather. As a "reality" company you would expect more. Bumping rent more than one occasion, once being because of their newborn. Now withholding their deposit because their short notice after you guys raised rent. Bravo Reiger. BRAVO.
