Do NOT live here. Ever since the man who used to run this place died, it has been going downhill. The floors in ALL the second story apartments squeak all over the place. The maintence man was great until he quit and there hasn't been a maintence man in at least 4 months. I had mold in my bathroom and they just painted over it. My a/c doesn't cool down the apartment right, but I was told to my face that until it is completely broken they would not fix it.
