My first pair of skates were riedells. It's sad to know a company will always consider you a number and would drop someone so important at the drop of the dime. Will no longer purchase anything Riddell. You're not a great company when you get rid of great people for your own benifit.

Received a pair of R3 Demon roller skates in the mail today for my son. He wore them all day! Loves them!
Just got back into skating after 35 years and brought my 8 year old along. She loves to skate. Bought some R3 skates but now realize all 4 kingpins are stripped from tightening. Trying to reach the proper people for my options. Paul at repair started to help but has recently vanished. I wanted to swap out the nylon plates for aluminum and cover the increased cost but can’t seem to get anyone to respond. It appears the boot screws are stripped as well. This is a real bummer.
