I ordered my skates 6/22 and got them 5 days later!! I can't believe how fast they shipped with everything going on. They had stock, the quality is fantastic, and it shipped quick. Definitely recommend them.
I bought the Moxi x Riedell Rollerskates. I bought them May 19th. I never received an email confirmation of my order. I had to email customer service to get an update and determine if my order was even received. That’s when I was told the wheels for my order were on backorder. I was surprised. Customer service is trash!!! When u call they act like they are put out by talking to you. Having custom boots made now called to check on the progress and the lady was very rude and not willing to help what so ever. Tighten it up riedell or get these ladies some help being nice to people
I’ve had 2 pairs of Riedells myself
Complete and utter BS. It has long been Riedell's modus operandi to cry "poor mouth" as an excuse to screw people over. SINCERELY- Fast Girl.
My first pair of skates were riedells. It's sad to know a company will always consider you a number and would drop someone so important at the drop of the dime. Will no longer purchase anything Riddell. You're not a great company when you get rid of great people for your own benifit.
I’ve been skating on Riedell products for almost a decade. I’ve had several pairs of their derby skates in different models and have never been disappointed in quality OR customer service. They make innovative products for our sport with thoughtful care and focus on what derby skaters actually need and like. The Solaris boots are the best boots I’ve ever had and the Arius plate helped take my skating to another level. I’m grateful that Riedell continues to support and show enthusiasm for our sport.
