Parking is terrible....I am afraid of fire because no fire trucks will be able to get to us due to illegal parking. Ask for maintenance ....they were here for two minutes and said the problem was fixed...came home and as soon as we touched it ....the closet door fell off again...the laundry facilities are run by an outside company and every time the machines break down you lose money...and they break down a lot...you go to the office and they say call the company good luck getting someone to answer and then when you do try g... read more

Recommendedis there a reason for having a basketball court but yet no nets or nothing so we could use them
Moved to Ridleybrook this year and absolutely love it! The buildings are maintained and clean, the apartments are newly updated (stainless steel appliances, new carpet, new cabinets, updated bathrooms/tile work, and washer/dryers in unit), the management/ maintenance staff is kind and puntual when you need them, and the the leasing office is on top of any suspicious activities or anything that could cause trouble ensuring the community stays safe and has responsible people renting here. Great customer service. I lived in NC and needed to move ASAP for a new job in Philly. Gabrielle went to the available unit, took plenty of pictures and emailed them to me so that I could see it as if I were there. I signed my lease online and paid my move in fees as well. Very convenient. Great office staff 💜
