Arash came to my house and solved the problem. Not only is Arash professional and knows his job he was flexible and communicative, Arash came to my home last minute and solved the problem that previous plumber could not solve. Previous plumber took a week and could not solve while Arash solved and fixed writhing 2 hours. Pricing is very good and I am one happy costumer. Thank you so much for job well done I will be calling again.
Armin came to cap the gas line going to our range (we were switching to induction), and was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I'll definitely be calling Ridgid Plumbing again in the future!
Armin came to fix a leaking valve in the kitchen, then identified another leaking pipe outside our house. That's why we have expensive water bills for a year! His team worked hard until mid night in pouring rain to fix the problem. I'm so impressed by their quick response, professionalism, and high quality of work. I've worked with Arash years ago to fix other water issues. I feel so lucky to have capable, reliable, friendly and honest plumbers nearby. Highly recommend this company!
I had these guys come out July of 2022 to clean out sewer with tree root problems. They were able to open the sewer however did leave many roots. I had City of Bellevue come out and scoped it w a camera and took pictures of the roots in the sewer line they just cleaned however they did not want to come out and finish the job. The same sewer line got clogged again Oct 2023 and I called them and they said they could not come back unless I paid them $1000 to come back out.
Arash arrived same day and diagnosed an issue two other plumbers ignored. He stayed late on a Friday evening after discovering it would require more time than anticipated. I’m very thankful for his help.
