We had a difficult to detect leak in the bathroom and they were able to quickly come diagnose the repair and suggest good fixes for the same. Really appreciate them being so kind and doing and helping us out in this situation.

I needed a new toilet. This is for my son‘s house in Issaquah. They answered the phone personally, worked through the product purchase with me and scheduled a fairly quick delivery once the product got in. Professional installation, they knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend! Probably not the cheapest price but you’ll get, but a professional and well done installation or repair
I called Ridgid Plumbing for a leaky toilet in our guest suite, and Arash came right out even though it was the Memorial Day holiday. Once the leaky toilet was fixed, we also noticed the plugged-up drain in the kitchen sink. He fixed that as well. He did such a thorough and clean job! After he's finished with work, he leaves the job site spotless. I had guests coming the next day, and I was so thankful for him to come to our home for the service.
