Same day gas water heater replacement on President’s day with a 50 gallon Rheem. The technician also made a few minor improvements like he replaced the expansion tank with one directly above the water heater, added a drain pan, and replaced the shutoff valve. So far so good. Thanks Arash and Sina!
Ian from Ridgid Plumbing came out to check why we didn't have hot water in our secondary bathroom shower. He was courteous, explained everything in great detail and was very organized. Ridgid gave me an estimate via text prior to coming out and stuck with their price. While Ian was here I asked him to look at the garbage disposal which wasn't working and was backing up with water when we ran the dishwasher. He fixed that as well. Ridgid Plumbing had helped with several projects over the years and the most recent one was to replace my old water heater with a tankless. Now I can run two showers, a dishwasher and a washing machine at the same time without worrying about water getting cold! I also get extra storage space after the installation. Highly recommend their service!
Arash came to replace a piece of pipe attached to our tankless water heater that had been erroneously installed several years ago by another company. He also flushed the system. We coordinated with our neighbors for the same work to be done in our two homes, and Arash worked between both houses simultaneously, maximizing time. He patiently explained the work to me and answered all my questions. We look forward to working with him again!
Arash came to my house and solved the problem. Not only is Arash professional and knows his job he was flexible and communicative, Arash came to my home last minute and solved the problem that previous plumber could not solve. Previous plumber took a week and could not solve while Arash solved and fixed writhing 2 hours. Pricing is very good and I am one happy costumer.
