This place was deceptive from the start. I am a NYC public school teacher with UFT insurance, whenI asked did they take my insurance they replied they took it. Not only did they say they honored it the receptionist said " You have really good insurance" with a smile. $500 hundred and some dollors later I find they were out of network and were basically offering a discount on their services. I had a appointment on January 23,2013 to discuss implant surgery. RDA was suppose to get x-rays from my dentist,I was told on the day of my appointment that they called for my x-rays but their office was closed on Wednesdays.RDA had over a week to get my x-rays but waited to the last day. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole "going to the dentist" experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit.
