When we moved in rent was very low, the crew cared about the roads and would come as soon as they could to resolve an issue. Mind you, the crew knew very little about electric work and plumbing, which lead to reoccurring problems. We lived here for about 9 years. We've seen management change and the rent go up. The new management cares even less about the ongoing mold and plumbing problems than the first one.
