Just another scam in Jackson…. Insurance or not beware of this place especially if you don’t have insurance. They will pick your wallet apart. 2 stars only because the nurse practitioner was very kind and helpful and did her best to make my experience better. Management/owner of the clinic is just rude and money hungry. I got charged self pay cost (over $600) and have Insurance. These people still actually billed my insurance.
Our pediatrician referred us to this clinic for my grandson's ADHD. We are new to Mississippi and the medicaid program. We saw a woman, she was nice and the lady at the desk was nice. She wrote a prescription for 2 weeks. She did a teledoc appointment two weeks later to see how he was. She called in a month of medicine. But medicaid would not pay for it because of the two weeks. Ms. Gupta is very conformational and likes to argue about everything. All she cares about is money she doesn’t care about the patient and the way she talks to people. She’s the type that if you’re dying she would argue that you ain’t and you have a balance of $700 yada yada. This place would probably have 5 stars if she wasn’t the star of the show. The front office ladies are so sweet I hate they have to work for such a terrible person.
I have been coming here for about three years. I have been able to overcome certain issues and have become a better person. Without Adriane Harvey help I would have never have gotten to this point in my life. If anyone is looking for a place to talk come to visit Ridgewood Clinics.
