I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and have always had a pleasant experience. They have continued to improve over the couple of years with what insurance they take. They have always followed up with me.
I had an appointment scheduled and when I arrived no one was there waiting. Soon after I arrived a flock of people showed up. I was placed in the waiting room for about an hour and I still wasn't able to be seen. I've tried calling to reschedule several times and each time I call the receptionist act as if she can't hear me, every time.
Just another scam in Jackson…. Insurance or not beware of this place especially if you don’t have insurance. They will pick your wallet apart. 2 stars only because the nurse practitioner was very kind and helpful and did her best to make my experience better. Management/owner of the clinic is just rude and money hungry. I got charged self pay cost (over $600) and have Insurance. These people still actually billed my insurance.
Our pediatrician referred us to this clinic for my grandson's ADHD. We are new to Mississippi and the medicaid program. We saw a woman, she was nice and the lady at the desk was nice. She wrote a prescription for 2 weeks. She did a teledoc appointment two weeks later to see how he was. She called in a month of medicine. But medicaid would not pay for it because of the two weeks. Great place , wonderful staff and amazing Drs who actually care! Dr. Brandi has helped tremendously with my mental health & I’m forever grateful!!
